OQ8 Summer Leadership Programme
Under the management of Takatuf Oman, and in partnership with OQ8 and the Ministry of Education, and in collaboration with the Oxford International Study Center in Oxford, UK, this summer programme aims to empower and inspire Omani youth for the future workforce. The main objective of the programme is to enhance their skills and broaden their cultural horizons, preparing them to meet the demands of the future.
DukeEngage Oman
A six-week academic summer programme in Khasab, Musandam Governorate, organised in partnership between Takatuf Oman and Duke University in North Carolina, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, represented by the General Directorate of Education in Musandam Governorate, aimed to develop the various English language skills of eighth, ninth and tenth grade students under the supervision of Duke University students and teachers.
Gordonstoun International Summer School
In partnership with OQ, PDO and the Ministry of Education, and under management of Takatuf Oman, students were selected from Ministry of Education’s Scientific Olympiad. The students attended Gordonstoun International Summer School in Elgin, Scotland. They participated in a number of skill development activities.
Dhofar Teacher Training Programme
In partnership with the Specialized Institute for Professional Training of Teachers at the Ministry of Education, Takatuf delivered this one-week intensive teacher training Programme through two international teacher trainers from Canada. The programme aimed at offering the participants new skills and techniques in teaching English for non-English Speakers.
